Greenwich—The Gold Coast gem with so much to offer
Say the name “Greenwich” and you conjure up images of sparkling beaches, fields laced with horse trails, and some of the most exceptional homes in the country. Only 30 miles from downtown Manhattan, Greenwich is a diverse community composed of families who have called the town home for generations; international businesspeople, television, movie, and theater actors; and professional athletes. Homes range from traditional Colonials and classic Capes to country compounds and waterfront estates.
It is a community rich in resources and amenities – a celebrated public school system; numerous private schools; a nationally recognized library; and world-class shopping, golf courses, and yacht clubs. Greenwich possesses diversity in nationalities, economics, houses of worship, athletic and recreational facilities, business base, and cultural offerings.
