Brad is a fourth-generation Greenwich resident with an extensive history as a Real Estate Broker and as a community leader.
Brad has attained the highest professional designations in the residential real estate business, including CRB, CRS, and GRI; was named Realtor of the Year; and was selected to the Realtor Hall of Fame. He is a member of the Prudential Real Estate “Chairman’s Circle” and has been awarded the Pinnacle designation for being in the top 1% in sales volume of Prudential’s 45,000 brokers for the past 10 years.
Brad’s annual volume of real estate sales make him one of the top brokers in Greenwich and the country. Among Brad’s notable accomplishments as a broker was the recent sale of a $32.5 million estate, the fourth largest sale in Greenwich history. Brad has served seven terms as President of the Greenwich Association of Realtors and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service. For four years, Brad also served as Vice-President of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, representing six associations in Fairfield County.
Within the Greenwich community, Brad has been the recipient of numerous honors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greenwich Leadership Forum. He is also an emeritus Board member of Eagle Hill School after serving 25 years on the board, six as Chairman. Brad is a former board member of Boys Scouts of America, Greenwich Council; Greenwich Health Association; and Greenwich Chamber of Commerce. An active sportsman and athlete, Brad has played ice hockey, lacrosse, and polo at the highest amateur levels. He now enjoys golf and fishing with his three sons and wife Maryjane.
