Frederick Conze, a Greenwich native, has been associated with Prudential Brad Hvolbeck for 10 years.

During his tenure at Prudential, Fred has represented the owners of several large residential properties that have collectively sold for more than $35 million. These properties have often required subdivision and entitlement as part of the sales process.

Prior to joining Prudential, Fred served for more than 13 years as the president and managing partner of a major commercial, industrial, and residential development company with cumulative revenues of more than $110 million. His management responsibilities included project planning and management, legal and regulatory entitlement approval, construction, property management, finance and accounting, and sales.Fred’s career also includes corporate and real estate finance with Chase Manhattan Bank and Citicorp.

Fred’s recent project management activities have included numerous residential subdivisions, as well as the restoration of iconic historical structures in New York City. He has been an active member of the Planning & Zoning Commission in Darien, Connecticut, for more than 18 years serving as its Chairman since 2006.
