Pat Forest, a Sales Associate, has been affiliated with Prudential Brad Hvolbeck Real Estate since 1988.

She is a full-time licensed realtor in Greenwich and a Realtor Broker Associate in Jupiter, Florida. She and her husband, Walter, are both third-generation Greenwich residents and have two daughters who attended Greenwich Public Schools. Walter is a retired Building Inspector with the Greenwich Building Department. Pat is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has been an Executive Board Member of the Parent Teacher Association, Parent Teacher Association President, member of the Parent Teacher Association Council, Programs Committee Chairwoman in both elementary and middle schools, and served on the Board of Directors of the Cos Cob Association. Pat was a founding member of the Greenwich Girls Club. She was previously employed by the Greenwich Board of Education at Greenwich High School and at the Cos Cob and Old Greenwich Elementary Schools. Pat partners with her daughter, Dineen Forest Procaccini in all of her real estate transactions in Greenwich. They have a high percentage of repeat clients and referrals and are known for their honesty and integrity.
